I coach high-performance individuals and senior level executives in a one on one setting supporting them in establishing and reaching organizational, career and personal goals. My focus is on leadership development, transitions and change, and helping people identify and create relevant, unique ‘templates’ that will serve them in making concrete steps toward clear, measurable outcomes.

My expertise in the psychology of transitions, my coaching skills and experience, and my design, teaching and facilitation experience in the adult learning field are the foundation for the work I do.

My practice focuses on senior level individuals with goals around ‘next level leadership’ and transitions, whether they are internally generated or externally imposed.

As a process expert, I am able to help people resist getting caught up in the details and instead connect to the bigger picture to identify what they really want. I then hold them accountable, within the context of a confidential, mutually respectful relationship, to move toward and reach their goals.

Coaching Logistics

  • We begin with an initial conversation to determine ‘fit’.
  • We create a workable plan for a predetermined period of time.
  • We meet by phone, video-conference, or in person on a regular basis.
  • Change happens over time and the progress is measured by the client.
  • I work one on one with clients – whether engaged directly by the client or by their organization.
  • When working in partnership with organizations we establish aligned goals and determine checkpoints. The accountability and confidentiality remain with the person being coached.
